Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan kelayakan media yang penulis kembangkan, yaitu Mobile apps Fisika (MAFis) berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan Tahap model pengembangan 4-D yang meliputi 4 tahap yaitu, Pendefinisian (define), Perencanaan (design), Pengembangan (develop) dan penyebaran (dessiminate). Media MAFis telah melalui tahap uji coba terbatas kepada 20 siswa kelas XI MAN 4 Tangerang. Hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran terdiri dari 7 komponen utama yaitu, Halaman awal, menu utama, goals, materi, latihan, help dan menu about. Hasil validitas media MAFis memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 87,1% dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan hasil uji coba terbatas pada siswa memperoleh nilai rata- rata sebesar 82,3% dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berupa Mobile apps Fisika (MAFis) berbasis Probloem Based Learning (PBL) dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif.

Additional Information: This study aims to determine the characteristics and feasibility of the media that I developed, namely Mobile apps Physics (MAFis) based on Problem Based Learning (PBL). The research method used in this study is Research and Development (R & D) using the stages of the 4-D development model (define, design, develop and dessiminate). MAFis media has gone through a trial phase limited to 20 students of class XI MAN 4 Tangerang.The results of the development of learning media consist of 7 main components, namely, the start page, main menu, goals, material, training, help and the about menu. The results of MAFis media validity obtained an average value of 87.1% with a very feasible category, while the results of trials were limited to students obtaining an average score of 82.3% with a very good category. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the learning media developed in the form of Physics Apps (MAFis) based on Probloem Based Learning (PBL) can be used as alternative learning media.
