NIA KANIA KURNIAWATI, S.I.P, M.Si. dan Pembimbing II : MUHAMMAD JAIZ, S.Sos., M.Pd Dalam era modern seperti sekarang persaingan bisnis wedding orgaizer sangatlah tinggi, untuk dapat bersaing dengaan wedding organizer yang lain maka wedding organizer rikkamakeup menggunakan media sosial facebook untuk mempromosikan jasanya. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakaan metode penelitiaan kualitatif, tujuannya ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimanaa proses share, optimize, manage, dan engage dari weding organizer rikkamakeup, selain itu agar informasi yang di peroleh oleh peneliti lebih dalam lagi. Strategi marketing komunikasi online dari wedding organizer rikkamakeup sangatlah menentukan keberhasilan bisnis sepertihalnya wedding orrganizer rikkamakeup yang dapat dikenal oleh konsumen melalui media sosial facebook. Kegiaataann promosi yang dilakukan oleh wedding organizer rikkaamakeup di akun media sosiaal facebooknyaa ialah membagikan konten seperti (foto, video, dan siaran langsung) membuat captions agar konten yang dibagikan lebih menarik. Hence, RikkaMakeup Wedding Organizer acknowledged by the consumer through Social Media Facebook.
