Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran pop up book berbasis cerita anak yang layak untuk pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada materi cerita anak kelas IV di SDN Karang Tumaritis. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (research and development) yang mengacu pada pengembangan Borg and Gall yang telah dimodifikasi oleh Sugiyono. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Karang Tumaritis pada bulan September sampai bulan Oktober 2018. Penelitian dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah: Analisis masalah, Pengumpulan data, Desain produk, Validitas Uji Ahli, Revisi produk dan Uji Coba Terbatas. Produk yang dikembangkan diuji kelayakannya dengan validasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi dan ahli pendidikan serta uji coba terbatas. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 orang siswa saat uji coba terbatas. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah lembar kuisioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa validasi ahli media memperoleh skor rata-rata 76% yang termasuk dalam kategori layak. Hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor rata-rata 91% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Hasil validasi ahli pendidikan memperoleh skor rata-rata 82% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia materi cerita anak.

Additional Information: This study aims to develop a pop up book learning media based on children's stories that are feasible for learning Indonesian in the material of stories of fourth grade children in Karang Tumaritis Elementary School. This research is a type of development research (research and development) which refers to the development of Borg and Gall which has been modified by Sugiyono. This research was conducted at Karang Tumaritis Elementary School in September to October 2018. The research was carried out by steps: Problem analysis, Data collection, Product design, Validity of Expert Test, Product Revision and Limited Trial. The product developed was tested for feasibility by validation by media experts, material experts and education experts and limited trials. The research subjects were 20 students during limited trials. The instruments used to collect data are questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the validation of media experts obtained an average score 76% that was included in the feasible category. The results of the validation of material experts obtained an average score which was included in the very feasible category. The results of the validation of education experts obtain an average 91% score which is included in the very feasible category. The results of the limited trials obtain a score 82% that is included in the very feasible category.
