Abstract
ABSTRAK Farhan Aulia Rahman, NIM: 6662160147. Skripsi. Komunikasi politik Irna Narulita Menjelang Pemilihan Bupati Kabupaten Pandeglang 2020. Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi. 2021. Dosen Pembimbing I: Dr. Rd. Nia Kania K. Dosen Pembimbing II: Iman Mukhroman, S.sos, M.Si. Irna Narulita merupakan seorang tokoh politik lokal di Kabupaten Pandeglang, beliau merupakan Bupati Kabupaten Pandeglang periode 2016-2021, sebagai petahana beliau kembali pada Pilkada 2020, akan tetapi pada masa jabatan sebelumnya beliau mendapatkan kritikan dari masyarakat Kabupaten Pandeglang yang tidak puas atas kepemimpinan beliau. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana komunikasi politik Irna Narulita menjelang pemilihan Bupati Kabupaten Pandeglang 2020, dilihat dari komunikator, isi pesan, saluran, konstituen, dan efek dengan menggunakan teori komunikasi politik dari Harold D Lasswell. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan data berdasarkan wawancara serta dokumentasi, paradigma penelitian menggunakan post-positivis. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi politik yang dilakukan oleh Irna Narulita menjelang pemilihan Bupati Kabupaten Pandeglang 2020 tergolong sudah baik, saran dari peneliti ini adalah komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Irna belum masif untuk menjangkau beberapa elemen masyarakat seperti petani dan serta Irna harus bisa merangkul influencer atau selebgram yang ada di Kabupaten Pandeglang agar semua elemen masyarakat dari kalangan muda sampai tua bisa tersentuh oleh beliau.

| Additional Information: | Irna Narulita is a local political figure in Pandeglang Regency, she is the Regent of Pandeglang Regency for the period 2016-2021, as the incumbent she returned to the 2020 pilkada, but during her previous term she received criticism from the people of Pandeglang Regency who were not satisfied with her leadership. For this reason, this study aims to explain how Irna Narulita's political communication before the election of the Regent of Pandeglang Regency 2020, seen from communicators, message content, channels, constituents, and effects by using political communication theory from Harold D Lasswell. The method used is descriptive qualitative data collection based on interviews and documentation, research paradigm using post-positivist. The results of this study concluded that the political communication carried out by Irna Narulita before the election of the Regent of Pandeglang Regency 2020 was classified as good, the suggestion of this researcher is that the communication carried out by Irna is not yet massive to reach all elements of society such as farmers, and Irna must be able to embrace influencers or celebrities. in Pandeglang Regency so that all elements of society from young to old can be touched by her. | |||||||||
