Abstract

ABSTRAK Siti Rohemah, NIM 66611700048. Skripsi. Efektivitas Program Pemberdayaan Nelayan Kecil di Desa Muara Kecamatan Wanasalam Oleh Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Lebak. Program Administrasi Publik. Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, Serang 2021. Pembimbing I :Listyaningsih, S.Sos., M.Si dan Pembimbing II : Dr. Suwaib Amirrudin M.Si Penelitian ini berokus kepada analisis efektivitas pelaksaan program pemberdayaan nelayan kecil di Desa Muara Kecamatan Wanasalam Oleh Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Lebak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahun efektivitas program pemberdayaan nelayan kecil di Desa Muara Kecamatan Wanasalam yang dijalankan oleh Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Lebak. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Efektivitas Sutrisno Sutrisno (2007 : 125) terdiri dari pemahaman program, tepat sasaran, tepat waktu, tercapainya tujuan program dan perubahan nyata. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskptif. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 61 responden. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pengujian statistic menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui tingkat efektivitas program pemberdayaan sebesar 68% yang dapat diartikan bahwa program pemberdayaan nelayan kecil berjalan efektif. Saran diantaranya meningkatkan sosialisasi terkait program pemberdayaan melalui pemasangan spanduk atau pamphlet, perlu dilakukanya pendidikan dan pelatihan nelayan sesuai harapan masyarakat,meningkatkan sistem pengawasan yang bersifat langsung (on the spot) pasca penyaluran bantuan dan penegakan sanksi yang tegas. The focus of this reseach is effectivieness empowerment program in Muara village by Departement of fisheries Lebak regency. The purpose of the research is to know how big the fishermen effectivieness empowerment program in Muara village by Departement of fisheries Lebak regency. Theory of effectiveness uses of Sutrisno theory (2007 : 125), where the effectiviness parameters of the program include understanding the program, on target, on time, achievieng program objectivies and real change. The sampling tehniques used purposive sampling of 61 respondents. Data analysis was carried out through statistical testing using the SPSS Version 21. The results of this reseach are know the level of effectiveness reached 68%, which means that the empowerment program iss running effectively. Recommendation for this research increase socialization related to empowerment programs throught the instsllation of banners or pamphlets, it is necessary to conduct education and training to the expectations of the community, improve the monitoring system that is direct after distribution of aid and enforcement of stict sansctions.
