Abstract

The research was conducted to determine (1) effect of perceptions instructional discussion methods on learning outcomes; (2) effect of perceptions rate of adoption nutrition balanced on learning outcomes; (3) effect of perceptions instructional discussion methods and rate of adoption nutrition balanced on learning outcomes; (4) effect of nutritional science learning outcomes for the competence students class X SMK Husada Primary Health Serang. This study used associative research were 117 respondents. To test research used path analysis with research questionnaires instruments. The results showed that: (1) there is significant the effect of perceptions learning methods discussion on learning outcomes of nutritional science with t count tyh3.19> 1.645 t table and directly the path coefficient of 0.24; (2) there is significant the effect of the perceptions of rate of adoption nutrition balanced on learning outcomes of nutritional science with t count 6.60> 1.645 t table and directly the path coefficient of 0.33; (3) there is significant and stimultan the effect of perceptions instructional discussion methods and rate of adoption nutrition balanced on learning outcomes with t count 2.09> t table 1.645 and R2 0.36; (4) there are significant the effect of nutritional science learning outcomes for the competence of students with t count 9.21> t table of 1.645, the path coefficient R2 of 0.65 and 0.43. Generally, there are significant effect of perception stimultan instructional discussion methods and rate of adoption nutrition balanced on learning outcomes of nutritional science students.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh persepsi metode pembelajaran diskusi terhadap hasil belajar; (2) pengaruh persepsi tingkat adopsi menu gizi seimbang terhadap hasil belajar; (3) pengaruh persepsi metode pembelajaran diskusi dan tingkat adopsi menu gizi seimbang terhadap hasil belajar; (4) pengaruh hasil belajar ilmu gizi terhadap kompetensi peserta didik kelas X di SMK Kesehatan Husada Pratama. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian asosiatif dengan sampel sebanyak 117 responden. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis), sedangkan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan pemanfaatan metode pembelajaran diskusi terhadap hasil belajar ilmu gizi dengan thitung 3,19 > ttabel 1,645 dan pengaruh langsung dengan koefisien jalur 0,24; (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan pemanfaatan tingkat adopsi menu gizi seimbang terhadap hasil belajar ilmu gizi dengan thitung 6,60 > ttabel 1,645 dan pengaruh langsung dengan koefisien jalur 0,33; (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan stimultan pemanfaatan metode pembelajaran diskusi dan tingkat adopsi menu gizi seimbang terhadap hasil belajar dengan thitung 2,09 > ttabel 1,645 dan R2 0,36; (4) terdapat pengaruh hasil belajar ilmu gizi terhadap kompetensi peserta didik dengan thitung sebesar 9,21 > ttabel sebesar 1,645, koefisien jalur 0,65 dan R2 0,43.
