Abstract
Istilah reward dan punishment bukanlah hal yang baru dalam dunia pendidikan. Reward dan punishment dipercaya sebagai cara yang efektif untuk mengontrol perilaku anak dan memotivasi mereka dalam belajar. Guru memberikan reward dan punishment agar memotivasi anak untuk menjadi lebih baik. Penerapan reward dan punishment sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengatasi tindakan anak yang memiliki perilaku agresi. Di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Permata Hati terdapat beberapa anak yang memiliki perilaku agresi, seperti anak selalu menggangu teman sekelasnya dengan cara memukul temannya hingga menangis, membuat keramaian di dalam kelas, tidak mau diam, atau berlarian pada saat proses KBM berlangsung. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif, yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang ditunjukan untuk menggambarkan fenomena fenomena yang ada. Sekolah Dalam Menerapkan Reward dan Punishment dalam merubah perilaku agresif anak di PAUD Permata Hati sudah berjalan sesuai dengan indikator, dan proses pelaksanaannya sudah baik.

| Additional Information: | The terms reward and punishment are not new in the world of education. Reward and punishment are believed to be effective ways to control children's behavior and motivate them to learn. Teachers provide reward and punishment in order to motivate children to be better. The implementation of reward and punishment is needed to overcome the actions of children who have aggression behavior. In Permata Hati Early Childhood Education there are a number of children who have aggression behaviors, such as children always disturbing their classmates by hitting their friends to crying, making crowds in the classroom, not wanting to be quiet, or running around during the KBM process. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive research method. The method used in the research is descriptive method, which is a research method that is shown to describe the phenomenon of existing phenomena. The School in Applying Reward and Punishment in changing the aggressive behavior of children in Permata Hati PAUD has gone according to the indicators, and the implementation process has been good. | |||||||||
