Abstract
Percaya diri adalah yakin terhadap kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh seseorang dan dapat membantu untuk melihat dirinya sendiri dengan positif, realistis sehingga dapat bersosialisasi dengan baik dengan orang lain dan dapat lebih mudah melangkah lebih maju. Sedangkan kualitas belajar adalah mutu pembelajaran atau baik buruknya guru dalam membimbing siswa dalam proses belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman guru mengenai pentingnya penerapan karakter percaya diri pada siswa disekolah dasar, bagaimana cara guru dalam menerapkan karakter percaya diri pada siswa disekolah dasar dan apa hasil dari penerapan pendidikan karakter percaya diri siswa terhadap kualitas belajar siswa disekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah berupa penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan alat pengumpul data yaitu observasi,wawancara, dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis tersebut terdiri dari tiga alur anlisis yang berinteraksi yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa di SDN Sayabulu menerapkan pendidikan karakter percaya diri dalam kegiatan belajar didalam kelas seperti siswa berusaha menyampaikan pendapatnya, memberanikan diri untuk bertanya, menerima masukan-masukan dari temannya ketika dalam menyampaikan pendapat.

| Additional Information: | Self-confidence is sure of the abilities possessed by someone and can help to see themselves positively, realistically so that they can socialize well with others and can more easily move forward. While the quality of learning is the quality of learning or the good or bad of the teacher in guiding students in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to find out how teachers understand the importance of applying the character of confidence in elementary school students, how teachers in applying the character of confidence in elementary school students and what results from the application of student confidence character education to the quality of learning in elementary school students. The type of research in writing this essay is in the form of descriptive qualitative research. This data collection technique uses data collection tools, namely observation, interviews, documentation. While the analysis consists of three channels of interaction that interact, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research method used to analyze data using the interactive model Miles & Huberman. The results of this study indicate that public elementary schools apply confident character education in learning activities in the classroom as students try to express their opinions, ventured to ask questions, receive input from their friends when they express their opinions. | |||||||||
