Abstract
This study was conducted to determine (1) The role of tutor to developing the achievement motivation of the learners of the package C at learning center of the community Dharma Bekti (2) The motivation of the achievement of the learners of the package C at learning center of the community Dharma Bekti (3) The supporting factors and the inhibiting factors that participate in influencing motivation of student achievement learn package C at learning center of the community Dharma Bekti. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach, meaning that research is done to create a description, picture, or painting in a systematic, factual, and accurate information on the facts, nature and the relationship between the phenomenon investigated. In this research, using qualitative research is based on data obtained through : (1) Observation (2) Interviews (3) Study documentation. The result showed (1) The tutor has performed its role in accordance with the main task and function of a tutor or teacher as an informer, organizer, motivator, guide, initiator, facilitator, mediator, and evaluator. (2) Motivation that arises in individual citizens learning package C shows conformity with the characteristics of achievement motivation that likes to take risks, require feedback, calculate success and merge with the task. After the motivation of achievement learners are developed and strengthened, can produce the quality of good learning outcomes. Citizens learn to actively follow the learning process but with different thinking skills, the learning outcomes that are owned also depend on the ability of the learners themselves. (3) The absence of perfection in all things, is also related to the equivalence learning activities of package C which has supporting factors and inhibiting factors which are learning resources, facilities and resources, time, funds and motivation.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui (1) Peran tutor mengembangkan motivasi berprestasi warga belajar paket C di pusat kegiatan belajar masyarakat Dharma Bekti (2) Motivasi berprestasi warga belajar paket C di pusat kegiatan belajar masyarakat Dharma Bekti (3) Faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat yang turut serta dalam mempengaruhi motivasi berprestasi warga belajar paket C di pusat kegiatan belajar masyarakat Dharma Bekti. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, artinya penelitian dilakukan untuk membuat deskripsi, gambaran, atau lukisan secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai faktafakta, sifatsifat serta hubungan antar fenomena yang diselidiki. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif didasarkan pada data yang diperoleh melalui : (1) Observasi (2) Wawancara (3) Studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tutor telah menjalankan perannya sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi seorang tutor atau guru sebagai informator, organisator, motivator, pengarah atau pembimbing, inisiator, fasilitator, mediator, dan evaluator. (2) Motivasi yang timbul dalam diri individu warga belajar paket C menunjukkan kesesuaian dengan karakteristik motivasi berprestasi yaitu suka mengambil risiko, memerlukan umpan balik, memperhitungkan keberhasilan dan menyatu dengan tugas. Setelah motivasi berprestasi warga belajar dikembangkan dan dikuatkan, dapat menghasilkan kualitas hasil belajar yang baik. Warga belajar secara aktif mengikuti proses pembelajaran namun dengan kemampuan berpikir yang berbeda-beda, hasil belajar yang dimiliki pun bergantung kemampuan warga belajar itu sendiri. (3) Tidak adanya kesempurnaan dalam segala sesuatu, berkaitan pula dengan kegiatan pembelajaran kesetaraan paket C yang memiliki faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat yang diantaranya adalah sumber belajar, sarana dan psarana, waktu, dana dan motivasi. | |||||||||
