Abstract
This study examines the Information Systems Integration, the quality of performance, cost of performance, size and Firm Profitability. The object of this study is the manager of a company manufacturing medium and large scale in the city of Cilegon. Sample criteria proposed in this study are as follows: (1) managers working in a manufacturing company in the city of Cilegon. (2) managers working in manufacturing medium and large scale in the city of Cilegon. (3) The manager responsible for the management of purchasing, finance, production, information systems and quality of information with 175 questionnaires in the scatterplot, but questionnaires were returned and can be processed as much as 71 questionnaires. The questions questionnaire measured with a scale of 1-5. Data were analyzed by using SEM (Structural Equation Model) through the program SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 1:10 version. The results of this study states the hypothesis of Information Systems Integration, the quality of performance, cost of performance and size of the company and significant positive effect on the profitability of the company.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini menguji integrasi sistem informasi, kualitas kinerja, kinerja biaya dan ukuran profitabilitas perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah manajer sebuah perusahaan manufaktur skala menengah dan besar di kota Cilegon. Kriteria sampel yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) manajer yang bekerja di sebuah perusahaan manufaktur di kota Cilegon. (2) manajer yang bekerja di bidang manufaktur skala menengah dan besar di kota Cilegon. (3) Manajer yang bertanggung jawab atas manajemen pembelian, keuangan, produksi, sistem informasi dan kualitas informasi dengan 175 kuesioner yang di sebar, tetapi kuesioner yang kembali dan dapat di olah sebanyak 71 kuesioner. Pertanyaan-pertanyaan kuesioner diukur dengan skala 1-5. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Model) melalui program SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) versi 1.10. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan hipotesis dari integrasi sistem informasi, kualitas kinerja, kinerja biaya dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. | |||||||||
