Abstract
Luqman Abdul Goni, NIM 6661131358. 2017 Skripsi. Efektivitas Pengelolaan Kearsipan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Serang. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Kearsipan Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya permasalahan terkait efektivitas pengelolaan kearsipan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Serang. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut maka digunakan teori dari Tangkilisan (2005:140-141) yang terdiri dari empat indikator yaitu pencapaian target, kemampuan adaptasi, kepuasan kerja, dan tanggung jawab. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Serang sebanyak 54 orang dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel sehingga disebut sampel jenuh. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan uji hipotesis t-test satu sampel dengan uji pihak kanan diperoleh angkat t hitung < t tabel = (-5,95 < 1,671) maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak dan dalam perhitungannya mencapai angka 63,73% dari prediksi paling tinggi 70%, artinya kurang efektif. Hal ini karena pengelolaan kearsipan belum sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku, belum terlaksananya penemuan arsip kembali yang cepat, belum teraturnya jadwal penyusutan arsip, sistem pengelolaan arsip belum berbasis online, masih terdapat arsip yang rusak. Indikator terendah adalah kepuasan kerja 61,65%, dan indikator tertinggi adalah pencapaian target 64,89%.

To answer these problems, the researcher used the theory of Tangkilisan (2005:140-141) which consists of four indicators, there are: the achievement of targets, adaptability, job satisfaction, and responsibility. The method that used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population of this study was all employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Serang Regency. They were 54 people and all of them used as samples, so that it called saturated samples. The research instrument was questionnaire. To analyze the data, the researcher using the test of t-test hypothesis of one sample with right-handed test is obtained t count < t table = (-5,95 < 1,671) so that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. In the calculation reaches 63,73 % Of the highest predictions 70%, it means it was less effective. This is because archival management is not in accordance with the applicable procedures yet, there is no invention of the archive immidiately, the irregular schedule of archive depreciation, archive management system has not been online, and still found the damaged archives in there. The lowest of the indicator was job satisfaction, it was 61,65%, and the highest was the achievement of target, it was 64,89%. |
