Abstract
Faculty of Engineering UNTIRTA have large energy needs ie up to 348.95 kW and continues to increase each year , so it takes an additional supply of renewable energy to improve the reliability of the electricity system and also Observation of electrical energy consumption . This study aims to determine the potential of solar systems as alternative power generation in the scheme of gridconnected power generation. PV system used to reduce electrical energy consumption primary. The results showed PV system capable generates an energy of 30.9 kWp, obtained value of the optimal contribution of solar power by 31 % , COE (Cost of Energy ) PLTS for U $ D 0.354 / kWh , NPC ( Net Present Cost) of its 216.667 U $ D.

| Additional Information: | Fakultas Teknik UNTIRTA memiliki kebutuhan energi yang besar yaitu sampai dengan 348,95 kW dan terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, sehingga dibutuhkan suplai tambahan energi terbarukan untuk meningkatkan keandalan sistem kelistrikan dan juga penghematan pemakaian energi listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui potensi sistem PLTS sebagai pembangkit listrik alternatif pada skema pembangkit listrik grid-connected. Sistem PLTS dimanfaatkan untuk mengurangi pemakaian energi listrik primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem PLTS mampu membangkitan energi sebesar 30,9 kWp, didapatkan nilai kontribusi optimal PLTS sebesar 31%, COE (Cost of Energy) PLTS sebesar U$D US$ 0,354/kWh, NPC (Net Present Cost) nya 216.667 U$D , | |||||||||
