M.Si (Pembimbing II) Fokus penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Krakatau Daya Listrik di Kelurahan Samangraya Kota Cilegon. Masalah yang diidentifikasi oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini diantaranya adalah : 1). Lamanya proses pencairan dana Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Krakatau Daya Listrik; 2). Kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat akan praktek bisnis yang diberikan oleh PT. Krakatau Daya Listrik melalui Program Corporate Social Responsibility; 3). Tidak tepat sasaran pelaksanaan program Corporate Social Responsibility oleh PT. Krakatau Daya Listrik di Kelurahan Samangraya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility di Kelurahan Samangraya Kota Cilegon. Peneliti ini menggunakan teori Kotler dan Lee (2006) : Cause Promotion, Cause Related Promotion, Corporate Societal Marketing, Corporate Philantropy, Community Volunteering, Socially Business Practice. Peneliti ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility di Kelurahan Samangraya Kota Cilegon belum berjalan dengan optimal karena masih perlu pembenahan dalam tanggung jawab sosial dan pembenahan dalam pengawasan perusahaan kepada Kelurahan Samangraya Kota Cilegon yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Krakatau Daya Listrik. Saran : perusahaan perlu melakukan pengawasan kepada Kelurahan Samangraya Kota Cilegon sehingga pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility mengarah kepada pemberdayaan masyarakat, kepada bag humas HC & GA PT. Krakatau Daya Listrik perlu dioptimalkan lagi dalam melaksanakan dan mengharmonisasikan antara kebutuhan masyarakat Kelurahan Samangraya Kota Cilegon dengan program Corporate Social Responsibility. Problems identified by the researchers in this study are: 1). The length of the disbursement process Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Krakatau Daya Listrik; 2). Lack of community participation will be given business practices by PT. Krakatau Daya Listrik through Corporate Social Responsibility Program; 3). Not targeted implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility by PT. Krakatau Daya Listrik in Sub Samangraya. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility in the Village Samangraya Cilegon City. The researchers used the theory Kotler and Lee (2006): Cause Promotion, Cause Related Promotion, Corporate Societal Marketing, Corporate Philanthropy, Community Volunteering, Socially Business Practice. The researchers used qualitative research methods. The results showed that the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility in the Village Samangraya Cilegon is not running optimally because they still need improvement in social responsibility and improvement in the supervision of the company to the Village Samangraya Cilegon conducted by PT. Krakatau Daya Listrik. Suggestion: the company needs to monitor the village Samangraya Cilegon city so that the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility leads to empowerment, to bag PR HC & GA PT. Krakatau Daya Listrik need to be optimized further implement and harmonize the needs of Cilegon City Village community Samangraya with Corporate Social Responsibility program.
