Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman liken berdasarkan habitat sebagai bioindikator kualitas ekosistem di Rawa Danau. Pengambilan sampel liken menggunakan metode transek garis pada habitat pemukiman warga, hutan primer dan sekunder, sedangkan metode jelajah digunakan pada habitat rawa. Frekuensi dan tutupan talus liken pada substrat dicatat. Sebanyak 86 spesimen liken diperoleh dari empat stasiun yang terdiri dari 25 spesies, 20 genus dan 14 famili. Indeks keanekaragaman liken dihitung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keanekaragaman liken berdasarkan habitat di Rawa Danau termasuk kategori keanekaragaman sangat tinggi dengan nilai H’ terendah hingga tertinggi sebesar 1,7197 (pemukiman warga), 1,8199 (Hutan sekunder), 1,8899 (Hutan primer) dan 2,6678 (Rawa). Nilai keanekaragaman juga menentukan kualitas eksosistem pada seluruh lokasi penelitian, pada seluruh habitat (pemukiman warga, hutan primer, hutan sekunder dan rawa) memiliki kualitas ekosistem sangat baik. Hasil dari penelitian digunakan dalam pendidikan sebagai bahan ajar pada mata pelajaran biologi pada sub konsep liken dalam bentuk LKS (Lembar Kerja Siswa) berbasis kontekstual. Data penelitian kenaekaragaman ini dijadikan konten tambahan dalam menyusun LKS berbasis kontekstual. Lembar Kerja Siswa dinilai dari aspek media dan aspek materi. Penilaian LKS pada aspek media sebesar 97,32% dan pada aspek materi sebesar 89,3%. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian LKS tersebut dapat diketahui nilai akhir rata-rata LKS yang dibuat yaitu sebesar 93,31% dengan kategori sangat baik digunakan sebagai bahan ajar siswa SMA kelas X pada mata pelajaran biologi.

Additional Information: The study aimed to determine lichen diversity as an ecosystem quality bioindicator based on habitat in Rawa Danau. The study was conducted using line transect based plot in three main habitats investigated: residential area, primary forest, secondary forest, while exploration technique was carried out in fresh water swamp area. The cover for lichen species in the substrates and the number of species present were recorded. A total 86 specimens were collected from these four areas which resulted in the occurrence of 25 species of lichens belonging to 20 genera and 14 families. Shannon-Wiener diversity index was also calculated. The results of the study are used in education as student worksheet based on contextual in Rawa Danau. The results showed lichen diversity based on habitat in Rawa Danau was categorized as very high diversity index with the lowest to highest H’ value, 1.7197 (residential area), 1.8199 (secondary forest), 1.8899 (primary forest) and 2.6678 (swamp). Shannon wiener diversity index also determined for assessing the quality of ecosystem. The results show quality of ecosystem in all location sampling in Rawa Danau was categorized as very good ecosystem. The research result of diversity was used as content for developing contextual based student worksheet. Student Worksheets were assessed from media aspects and material aspects. The result was a student worksheet based on lichen diversity at Rawa Danau on lichen sub concept has average value on media aspect was 97,32% and material aspec was 89,3%. The average value of the produce was 93,3% was categorized very good. Can be concluded that the contextual student worksheet was high visible as an teaching learning materials in lichen sub concept for ten grade student of senior high school.
