Abstract

Sistem full day school Peraturan Menteri nomor 23 tahun 2017 tentang hari sekolah yang mengatur sekolah 8 jam sehari selama 5 hari, semua kegiatan dikemas dalam sekolah. Dalam pelaksanaannya sistem full day school menuai pro dan kontra tidak semua mampu mengikuti sistem full day school karena beberapa kondisi tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem full day school, dan inklusifitas sistem full day school di SMA Negeri 9 Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari wakil kepala sekolah (kurikulum dan kesiswaan), wali kelas X MIA dan IIS, dan 21 siswa yang keluar dari sekolah yang terbagi menjadi tiga karakter yaitu siswa dengan keterbatasan ekonomi, siswa dengan keterbatasan aksestabilitas, dan siswa dengan keterbatasan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem full day school di SMA Negeri 9 Kabupaten Tangerang sekolah satu hari penuh dengan durasi jam dari pukul 07.00 pagi sampai 15.30 sore. Dalam penerapan sistem full day school terdapat inklusi dan eksklusi. Bagi siswa yang memiliki kapital baik kapital tangible maupun kapital intangible, habitus, dan arena yang mendukung maka siswa mampu mengikuti sistem full day school (inklusi), akan tetapi bagi siswa yang memiliki kapital, habitus, arena yang tidak mendukung maka siswa tidak mampu mengikuti sistem full day school (eksklusi), sehinga dalam penerapan sistem full day school terjadi dominasi simbolik bagi siswa yang mampu mengikuti sistem full day school dengan siswa yang tidak mampu mengikuti sistem full day school.

Additional Information: Full day school system Ministerial Regulation number 23 of 2017 concerning school days governing schools 8 hours a day for 5 days, all activities are packaged in schools. In its implementation, the full day school system reaps the pros and cons of not all being able to follow the full day school system due to certain conditions. This study aims to determine the application of the full day school system, and the inclusion of the full day school system in SMA Negeri 9 Kabupaten Tangerang. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of vice principals (curriculum and students), homerooms X MIA and IIS, and 21 students who left the school which were divided into three characters, namely students with economic limitations, students with accessibility limitations, and students with social limitations. The results showed that the implementation of the full day school system in SMA Negeri 9 Kabupaten Tangerang is a full day school with duration of hours from 07.00 am to 15.30 pm. In implementing a full day school system there are inclusions and exclusions. For students who have both tangible capital and intangible capital, habitus, and the arena that supports, students are able to follow the full day school system (inclusion), but for students who have capital, habitus, arenas that do not support, students are unable to follow the system full day school (exclusion), so that in the implementation of the full day school system a symbolic domination occurs for students who are able to follow the full day school system with students who are unable to follow the full day school system
