Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan prestasi belajar sejarah dengan kesadaran sejarah siswa kelas X di SMK Nurul Huda Baros. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 321 terbagi dalam sembilan kelas. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling, diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 81 siswa atau 25% dari jumlah populasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan angket sebanyak 37 pernyataan dengan 4 indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar sejarah sebesar 67,72 dan nilai rata-rata skor kesadaran sejarah 153,6. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Pearson Korelasi Product Moment pada taraf signifikan α = 5% diperoleh r(hitung) = 0,558 > r(tabel) = 0,218, sedangkan uji-t diperoleh t(hitung) = 5,97 > t(tabel) = 1,99 yang berarti H0 ditolak. Terdapat hubungan prestasi belajar sejarah dengan kesadaran sejarah siswa, sehingga membantu tujuan pembelajaran sejarah dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran sejarah siswa. Pembelajaran sejarah perlu penanaman nilai kesadaran sejarah sehingga siswa dapat mengambil kearifan dalam proses pembentukan kepribadian dan identitas karakter bangsa.

| Additional Information: | The aim of this research to find the correlation between historical learning achievement and historical awareness of grade X students at SMK Nurul Huda Baros. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the academic year 2018/2019. The method used in this study is a survey method with a correlation approach. The population in this study amounted to 321 divided into nine classes. Sampling using probability sampling techniques, obtained a study sample of 81 students or 25% of the population. The instrument used in this research was to use a questionnaire of 37 statements with 4 indicators. The results showed that the average value of historical learning achievement was 67.72 and the average historical awareness score of 153.6. Hypothesis testing used Pearson Product Moment Correlation at significant level α = 5% obtained r(count) = 0.558> r(table) = 0.218, while t-test obtained t(count) = 5.97> t(table) = 1.99 which means H0 is rejected. There is a relationship between historical learning achievement and students historical awareness, thus helping the goal of historical learning in fostering students historical awareness. The historical learning need to planting historical awareness so students can take the wisdom in the process of forming the personality and the identity of national character. | |||||||||
