Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran dukungan sosial dan konsep diri remaja, mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan dukungan sosial dan konsep diri di panti asuhan Baiturahman Serang serta implikasinya dalam program Bimbingan Pribadi-sosial. Penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian korelasional. Jumlah subyek penelitian sebanyak 35 remaja asuh, sampel yang diambil melalui sampel teknik Purposive Sampling. Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui gambaran dukungan sosial di panti asuhan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentasi sebesar 77,2% dan konsep diri remaja berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentasi sebesar 60%. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh data sig dengan hasil 0,002 ˂ 0,05 dan nilai R2 sebesar 26,5% dan nilai Fhitung sebesar 11,190 dengn Ftabel 4,13 pada taraf Sig 5% artinya terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan konsep diri remaja di panti asuhan Baiturahman Serang dengan pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap konsep diri sebesar 26,5%. Sumbangan efektif variabel dukungan sosial terhadap konsep diri sebesar 13,64%.

| Additional Information: | The purpose of this study is to describe the social support and self-concept of adolescents, find out whether or not there is a relationship between social support and self-concept at the Baiturahman Serang orphanage and its implications in the Personal-Social Guidance program. This study uses a quantitative approach research with correlational research methods. The number of research subjects were 35 foster teenagers, samples were taken through a sample purposive sampling technique. Based on the research it is known that the description of social support in orphanages is in the high category with a percentage of 77.2% and self-concept of adolescents in the high category with a percentage of 60%. Based on the results of the regression test obtained sig data with a result of 0.002 5 0.05 and R2 value of 26.5% and Fcount value of 11.190 with Ftable 4.13 at the level of Sig 5% means that there is a significant positive relationship between social support and self-concept of adolescents at the Baiturahman Serang orphanage with the influence of social support for self-concept of 26.5%. The effective contribution of the social support variable to self-concept is 13.64%. | |||||||||
