Dosen Pembimbing II: Ipah Ema Jumiati, S.IP., M.Si Kata Kunci:Evaluasi, Program Pembangunan Drainase Latar belakang masalah penelitian ini adalah Beberapa jalan di Kota Serang ditemukan genangan air yang menimbulkan banjir, Akibat tidak terawatnya saluran drainase adalah jalanan menjadi rusak, Tidak adanya transparansi data terkait Drainase di Kota Serang oleh Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Serang, Belum optimalnya program pembangunan Drainase di Kota Serang Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah Evaluasi Program Pembangunan Drainase Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Serang Tahun 2015. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Evaluasi Program Pembangunan Drainase Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Serang Tahun 2015. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teori evaluasi program model Context, Input, Process, Product dari Stufflebeam (1983). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian bahwa evaluasi program pembangunan saluran drainase tahun 2015 belum berjalan secara optimal karena kurangnya koordinasi antara pihak Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Serang dengan lembaga penyelenggara program pembangunan saluran drainase, minimnya pengawasan dari Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Serang, kurangnya transparansi data program pembangunan saluran drainase dari pihak Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Serang Saran dalam penelitian yaitu meningkatkan koordinasi dari tiap stakeholder terkait dengan program pembangunan saluran drainase meningkatkan pengawasan dan meningkatkan sosialisasi program pembangunan saluran drainase dari Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Serang .

The purpose of the research is to know Drainage Development Program Evaluation Public Works Department of Serang in 2015. The theory used in this research is the theory of the Context, Input, Process, Product model of program evaluation Stufflebeam(1983). The method used is a qualitative in-depth observation and interview techniques. Data analysis techniques using data analysis Miles Huberman. The results of the research that the evaluation of the development program of drainage in 2015 has not run optimally because of the lack of coordination between the Public Works Department of the city of Serang by administering agency development program of drainage , lack of supervision of the Public Works Department of the city of Serang, the lack of transparency of program data construction of drainage from the Public Works Department of the City of Serang suggestion in the research is improving coordination of each of the stakeholders associated with the construction of a drainage program to improve oversight and increase socialization drainage development programs of the Public Works Department of Serang. |
