Abstract

This research was taken from the formulation of the problem that originated from the problem of low performance of employees in PT. Dayaparama Intraguna and indicated by the data employee attendance for the period January 2015 - March 2015. From this the researchers conducted an examination of the problems of theory and previous research search then formulated hypothesis is H1, H2, and H3, the method in this study is descriptive research using a sample of as much as 45 respondents with a questionnaire research instrument in the Arrange by indicators of Intrinsic motivation (H1), Organizational Commitment (H2), work discipline (H3), and employee performance with with a number of 21 statements. The result of data processing shows that the partial Intrinsic motivation influential the positive and significant on the employees performance in PT.Dayapara Intraguna, Organizatinal Comimitment influential the positive and significant on the employees performance in PT.Dayaparama Intraguna, and the Work discipline influential the positive and significant on the employees performance in PT.Dayaparama Intraguna. Additional Information: Penelitian ini diangkat dari rumusan masalah yang berawal dari masalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan di PT. Dayaparama Intraguna yang ditunjukan data absensi karyawan pada periode bulan Januari 2015 – Desember 2016. Dari permasalahan penelitian ini dilakukan telaah teori dan penelusuran penelitian terdahulu maka dirumuskan 3 hipotesis yaitu H1, H2, dan H3, metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif yang menggunakan sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 responden dengan instrument penelitian kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan indikator Motivas Itrinsik (H1), Komitmen Organisasi (H2), Disiplin Kerja(H3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y), dengan Jumlah Pernyataan 21 pernyataan. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Motivasi Intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Dayaparama Intraguna, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Dayaparama Intraguna PT. Dayaparama Intraguna, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Dayaparama Intraguna Kata Kunci: Motivasi Intrinsik, Komitmen Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
