Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keaktifan dalam organisasi siswa intra sekolah (OSIS) dengan sikap kepemimpinan siswa sebagai perwujudan civic disposition pada siswa pengurus OSIS di SMP Negeri 2 Cilegon. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode korelasi. Uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus pearson product moment dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS versi 23 dan Microosft excel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa pengurus OSIS di SMP Negeri 2 Cilegon sebanyak 61 siswa dan sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dari keseluruhan jumlah populasi yaitu sebanyak 61 siswa pengurus OSIS. Berdasarkan hasil penyebaran angket kepada responden yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, maka hasil yang diperoleh pada analisis pearson product moment yaitu nilai sign. Sebesar 0,689 > 0,05 yang dimana tingkat hubungannya 68,9 % dan tingkat interval koefisiennya berada di 0,60-0,799 yang berarti tingkat hubungannya adalah kuat. Dengan demikian Ha di terima yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara keaktifan dalam organisasi siswa intra sekolah (OSIS) dengan sikap kepemimpinan siswa sebagai perwujudan civic disposition pada seluruh pengurus OSIS di SMP Negeri 2 Cilegon.

The purpose of this research to the Relationship Between Of Activeness in Student's Council With Students's Leadership Attitude As a Civic Disposition Embodiment of Student's Council in SMPN 2 Cilegon. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is the correlation method. Test the hypothesis in this research using the Pearson product moment formula by using SPSS version 23 and Microsoft excel. The population in this research were all student council in SMPN 2 Cilegon as many as 61 student’s and and sample in this research was taken from the total population of 61 student's council. Based on the results of questionnaires to respondents that have been carried out in this research, then the results obtained in Pearson product moment analysis are sign values. 0.689> 0.05 meaning the level of the relationship is 68.9% and the interval coefficient level in 0.60-0.799 which means the level of the relationship is strong. Thus Ha is accepted, which means there is a strong relationship between Of Activeness in Student's Council With Students's Leadership Attitude As a Civic Disposition Embodiment of Student's Council in SMPN 2 Cilegon.
