Abstract
The research was aimed to find out the effect implementation of cooperative learning team assisted indivudualization model on learn motivation and cognitive of student SMAN 1 Baros. The research was a quasi experimental with randomized control group desaign only. Cooperative laerning model as independent variable and cognitive ablility and learn motivation as dependent variable. The population of the research was all of students’ of classes XI SMA N 1 Baros lesson year 2016/2017. The research sampe consisted of two classes they are XI- 3 Science a experimental class and XI-4 as an control class. The data collection technique was test, motivation questionnaire and observasion. The data analysis of cognitive and learn motivation ability used Independent samples TTest with cognitive signification result 0,000 < 0,05 and learn motivation result 0,000 < 0,05. It could be concluded that the implamentation of cooperative learning team assisted individualization model affected to students’ learn motivation and cognitive ablility grade XI at SMAN 1 Baros in concept reproduction human system.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) terhadap motivasi dan kemampuan kognitif siswa SMAN 1 Baros kelas XI-IPA pada konsep Sistem Reproduksi Manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu yang menggunakan desain rendomized control group only. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individulization (TAI) sebagai variabel bebas, motivasi dan kemampuan kognitif siswa sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Baros tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas XI IPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, angket dan lembar observasi. Analisis data kemampuan kognitif dan motivasi menggunakan Indenpendent Samples T-Test, dengan nilai signifikasi kemampuan kognitif sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan motivasi siswa sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan kognitif dan motivasi siswa SMA N 1 Baros pada konsep Sistem Reproduksi Manusia. | |||||||||
