Abstract
Teachers are a success factor in the world of education, where the creativity of teachers is very important in the learning process activities. The learning process is inseparable from a learning approach, the center is a learning approach adopted from abroad developed by (CCCRT) called BCCT (Beyond Center and Circle Time) or the so-called in Indonesia as the center and moment of the circle. The central approach is thought to influence teachers' creativity. This study aims to determine the effect of BCCT approach on teacher creativity in Cibeber District Cilegon City of Banten. This research use Exspo Facto method Correlation. Data collection techniques for variables BCCT approach and teacher creativity using questionnaires (questionnaires), which is given to 30 respondents teachers in Cibeber District Cilegon city of Banten. Data analysis technique using product moment pearson correlation analysis. Based on the results of research shows the correlation coefficient between variables BCCT approach to teacher creativity of 0.527 means there is influence between BCCT approach to teacher creativity in Cibeber District Cilegon City of Banten.

| Additional Information: | Guru merupakan faktor keberhasilan dalam dunia pendidikan, dimana kreativitas guru sangat penting dalam kegiatan proses belajar. Proses belajar tidak terlepas dari suatu pendekatan pembelajaran, sentra merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran, yang diadopsi dari luar negeri yang dikembangkan oleh (CCCRT) yang disebut sebagai BCCT (Beyond Centre and Circle Time) atau yang disebut di Indonesia sebagai sentra dan saat lingkaran. Pendekatan sentra diduga mampu mempengaruhi kreativitas guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan BCCT terhadap kreativitas guru di Kecamatan Cibeber Kota Cilegon Banten.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Exspost Facto. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk variabel pendekatan BCCT dan kreativitas guru menggunakan kuesioner (angket), yang di berikan kepada 30 responden guru di Kecamatan Cibeber Kota Cilegon Banten. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment pearson, hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefesien korelasi antara variabel pendekatan BCCT terhadap kreativitas guru sebesar 0,527 artinya terdapat pengaruh antara pendekatan BCCT terhadap kreativitas guru di Kecamatan Cibeber Kota Cilegon Banten. | |||||||||
