Agung Hidayat, NIM 6661080371, Evaluasi Program Bantuan Keuangan Kepada Desa di Desa Mekarsari Kecamatan Rajeg Kabupaten Tangerang Tahun 2012, Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, Serang 2015. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Kebijakan, Bantuan Keuangan Kepada Desa Dalam rangka mendukung implementasi fungsi Pemerintahan Desa di bidang pembangunan, sejak tahun 2003 Provinsi Banten telah mendukung berbagai upaya pengembangan masyarakat melalui Program Bantuan Keuangan Kepada Desa. Program ini diarahkan untuk membangun sarana dan prasarana sosial ekonomi masyarakat serta kelembagaan Pemerintahan Desa. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Evaluasi Program Bantuan Keuangan Kepada Desa di Desa Mekarsari Kecamatan Rajeg Kabupaten Tangerang Tahun 2012. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Keuangan Kepada Desa di Desa Mekarsari Kecamatan Rajeg Kabupaten Tangerang tahun 2012. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik proportional area random sampling. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Evaluasi Program Bantuan Keuangan Kepada Desa di Desa Mekarsari Kecamatan Rajeg Kabupaten Tangerang tahun 2012 dinilai baik oleh masyarakat karena perhitungan dari setiap butir kuisioner secara keseluruhan mencapai angka 63,51% yang melebihi hipotesis peneliti yaitu lebih dari atau sama dengan 60%. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori Evaluasi Kebijakan dari William N. Dunn (2003), yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, perataan, responsivitas, dan ketepatan. Saran yang diberikan oleh peneliti adalah: Pertama, sosialisasi dari aparatur Desa Mekarsari harus lebih ditingkatkan dan dilakukan secara menyeluruh ke tingkat RT/RW. Kedua, aparatur Desa Mekarsari harus lebih menseleksi kembali mengenai kebutuhan masyarakat yang lebih dibutuhkan agar realisasi Program Bantuan Keuangan selanjutnya bisa sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat. Ketiga, aparatur Desa Mekarsari harus lebih meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan dari program tersebut.

The program is geared to build social and economic infrastructure of society and institutional Village Government. The focus of this study is the evaluation of the Financial Assistance Program to Mekarsari Village District of Rajeg in Tangerang 2012. This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of the Financial Assistance Program to Mekarsari Village District of Rajeg in Tangerang 2012. Research methods used is descriptive quantitative with using techniques Proportional Area Random Sampling. The study concluded that Evaluation of Financial Assistance Program to Mekarsari Village District of Rajeg in Tangerang 2012 is fine by the public because the calculation of each item questionnaire as a whole reached 63.51% which exceeds the hypotheses is more than or equal to 60%. The theory used in this research is the Policy Evaluation William N. Dunn (2003), the effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, leveling, responsiveness, and accuracy. The advice given by the research are: First, the socialization of the institution Mekarsari Village should be improved and done thoroughly to the RT / RW. Secondly, the institution Mekarsari Village should be selecting back on community needs more is needed in order to further the realization of the Financial Assistance Program can be in accordance with the expectations of society.
