Abstract
Abstract Lusi Andalemi, Pragmatics Study followup Gubernatorial Speech Ilokusioner S aid in Banten and the implementation plan of learning Speeches, theses, Indonesian Language Education Program, S2, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, 2017 A Governor has a way of delivery vary when giving a speech. Different delivery waythat became part of a typical of the Governor's leadership style, then it will be easy to remember by his audience. The communication process is not as easy as envisioned, many people are good at talking but was destroyed because of the results of the interlocutor. However, there was also little success in his life due to the skillfully communicate or have a proficiency in rhetoric. The purpose of this research is: (1) describe the forms of follow-up ilokusioner said that addressing the Banten Governor used. (2) Devise a plan of implementation of the learning of speech by making use of the results of the analysis and findings of the research. The methods used in this research is qualitative, descriptive methods. Descriptive research is also used to gather data in order to answer the research question in accordance with the circumstances and events that exist. The results of research conducted after the stage of the validity of the data, then the amount of data obtained amounted to 37. The following details the data that have been through the stages of the validity of the data: (1) acts of said asertif amounted to 25 data; (2) acts of said directive amounted to 2 data; (3) following through expressive said amounted to 6 data; (4) follow-up Commissif said amounted to 1 data; and (5) followup said the Declaration amounted to 3. Communication factors play an important role in order for the activity and the activity can be done either through a process of communication between human beings. Speakers who speak on addressing has the message conveyed, then the opponent said (listener) should pay attention to carefully the contents of his speech. To understand the meaning of speech, can also be seen from the who's talking. The figure of the person speaking can affect perception of opponents he said. Cara penyampaian yang berbeda-beda itulah menjadi bagian yang khas dari gaya kepemimpinan gubernur tersebut, maka hal itu akan mudah di ingat oleh pendengarnya. Proses komunikasi tidak semudah yang dibayangkan, banyak orang yang pandai berbicara tetapi hancur karena hasil bicaranya.Namun, tidak sedikit pula sukses dalam hidupnya karena terampil berkomunikasi atau memiliki kecakapan dalam beretorika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mendeskripsikan bentuk tindak tutur ilokusioner yang digunakan Gubernur Banten saat berpidato. (2) Menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran pidato dengan memanfaatkan hasil analisis dan temuan penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif juga digunakan pula untuk mengumpulkan data agar dapat menjawab pertanyaan penelitian sesuai dengan keadaan dan kejadian yang ada. Hasil Penelitian setelah dilakukan tahap keabsahan data, maka jumlah data yang didapat berjumlah 37 data. Berikut rincian data yang telah melalui tahap keabsahan data: (1) tindak tutur asertif berjumlah 25 data; (2) tindak tutur direktif berjumlah 2 data; (3) tindak tutur ekspresif berjumlah 6 data; (4) tindak tutur komisif berjumlah 1 data; dan(5) tindak tutur deklarasi berjumlah 3 data. Faktor komunikasi memainkan peranan yang penting agar kegiatan dan aktivitas dapat dilakukan dengan baik melalui proses komunikasi antar manusia. Penutur yang berbicara pada saat berpidato memiliki pesan yang ingin disampaikan, maka lawan tutur (pendengar) harus memperhatikan secara seksama isi pidatonya. Untuk memahami maksud pertuturan, dapat pula dilihat dari siapa yang berbicara. Sosok orang yang berbicara dapat memengaruhi persepsi lawan tuturnya.
