Abstract

Rosipah, 092346 Evaluasi Dana ADD. Di Kecamatan Balaraja Kabupaten Tangerang Tahun 2012 Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Pembimbing Pertama: Oman Supriyadi, Kedua: Listyaningsih. Alokasi Dana Desa ini sangat penting untuk mengetahui masyarakat perlu direncanakan dengan hati-hati melalui musyawarah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana evaluasi pelaksanaan alokasi dana tahun 2012 di Kecamatan Balaraja Kabupaten Tangerang pada tahun 2012. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah evaluasi kebijakan Dunn (2003: 601). Dunn menyatakan ada enam dimensi untuk mengukur evaluasi kebijakan, termasuk efektivitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, perataan, responsivitas dan ketepatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 64 orang yang tersebar di 8 desa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengambilan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan ttest dan tes yang tepat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi ADD di Kecamatan Balaraja tahun 2012 mencapai 62,66%. Sehingga dapat menjadi baik bahkan harus dimaksimalkan. Saran-saran dari peneliti dari hasil yang diperoleh dari skor indikator perataan 53.38% menunjukkan bahwa belum merata ke seluruh desa. Sementara Indikator Kecukupan dari hasil yang diperoleh mencapai 59,37%. Dari indikator menunjukkan bahwa dalam ADD belum mencukupi. Sebaiknya Dana ADD dikeluarkan secara optimal akan jauh lebih baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan desa.

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the evaluation of the implementation of funds allocated in 2012 in District Balaraja Tangerang District in 2012. theory used in this study is the evaluation of policies Dunn (2003: 601). Dunn stated there are six dimensions to measure the evaluation of policies, including the effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness and accuracy. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study was 64 people spread over 8 villages. The sampling technique used in this study is sampling saturated. Data analysis techniques in this study using a t-test and the exact test. The results showed that the evaluation of ADD in District Balaraja in 2012 reached 62.66%. So it can be good even to be maximized. The suggestions of researchers from the results obtained from leveling indicator scores 53.38% indicates that it is not evenly distributed throughout the village. While the adequacy of the indicator results reached 59.37%. Of indicators show that the ADD has not been sufficient. ADD Fund should optimally be issued will be much better suit the needs of the village.
