Abstract
Ismatullah, 6661091998. 2014. Analisis Penerapan Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) Online Di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Electronic Government Fokus Penelitian ini adalah mengukur penerapan sistem informasi akademik (SIAKAD) online di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Dengan rumusan masalah nya yaitu bagaimanakah penerapan sistem informasi akademik (SIAKAD) online di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem informasi akademik (SIAKAD) online di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa yang lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deksriptif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Civitas Akademika (Mahasiswa dan dosen) Untirta sebanyak 14.010 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 266 responden. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori yang diungkapkan oleh United Nation dalam Budiati (2003:21) yang terdiri dari tujuh indikator yaitu : kerangka hukum, infrastruktur, kekuatan modal SDM, koordinasi, privasi, keamanan, pelayanan kepada mahasiswa dan dosen. Pengumpulan data dilakukandengancaraobservasi, wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik proportional cluster random sampling, sedangkan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan uji hipotesis t-test satu sampel, berdasar kan skor yang didapat pada hasil penelitian, menunjukan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi akademik (SIAKAD) online di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa baru mencapai angka sebesar 68,86% dari angka minimal yang dihipotesiskan sebesar 75%. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan sistem informasi akademik (SIAKAD) online di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dalam kategori baik. Saran peneliti dalam penerapan SIAKAD online Di Untirta agar koordinasi antara dosen dan Mahasiswa dengan Pegawai Pusdainfo Untirta harus ditingkatkan lebih baik lagi, Pusdainfo Untirta harus meningkatkan dan menambah sarana teknologi informasi dalam menunjang penerapan SIAKAD online, dan harus melakukan pelatihan-pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi bagi para pegawai Pusdainfo mengenai teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) agar penerapan SIAKAD online lebih baik lagi. a

The research objective is to know how to draft application of academic system information (SIAKAD) online at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The purpose of this research is to find out the application of Academic information system (SIAKAD) online at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University was better. The researcher has been using quantitive method combined with the descriptive approach. The population in this research are students and Lecturers of Untirta. Untirta has about 14.010 students, the researcher took 266 respodents for the samples. According to theory expressed by the United Nation in Budiati (2003:21) comprising seven indicators including: legal framework, infrastructure, the strength of human capital, coordination, privacy, security, civil service (service to students and Lecturer). The researcher has been collecting the data by using observation, interview and spread of the now. Sampling techniques used proportional technique with clusters random sampling, to analyze the data used hypothesis test, based on t-test one samples groundless right score which acquired at the research showed that the implementation of information academic (SIAKAD) online in Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University reached out the figure about 68,86% of minimal number that is hypothesized amounting to 75%. This can be known that the implementation of information system (SIAKAD) academic online at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University was good. The researcher recommend for the good implementation of (SIAKAD) online at Untirta are the data centre (Pusdainfo) should coordination with faculty and the students involved, not only that the data centre should increase and add more information for the university members, better if Pusdainfo formulated training to increase the competency for the Pusdainfo employees for better Siakad. a a |
