Abstract

Academic Qualifications Teachers PAUD is the level of academic education or special education strata that must be owned by PAUD teachers in accordance with the type, ladder, and formal education units as evidenced by the diploma and / certificate of expertise. One of the factors affecting academic qualification is teacher performance. This research is done because of the of problem that is not optimal teacher performance so that output of human resource is low, and the finding of academic qualification which is not I accordance withgovermant regulation which have.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of teacher academic qualifications on the performance of early childhood teachers in Cipocok Jaya District, Serang-Banten. This research uses quantitative method with survey type, ie research conducted on large and small population, but the data studied is data taken from samples taken from the population so that it can be found relative, distributive and relationship events between variables, sociological and psychological . The total population of PAUD institutions and PAUD teachers in Cipocok Jaya sub-district, Serang-Banten
