Abstract

The land transportation network is one example of facilities and infrastructures which a series of space nodes on land transportation networks are intended for intermodal and intermodal changes which can be in the form of terminals, river and lake ports, or sea ports and serving crossings. In Banten Province increasingly spurred the development of activities that occur every day, both trade, education, offices, as well as settlements, goods and services that become the market for transportation business. Transportation has a function as a driver, driver and support for development. This means that the weakness of the transportation sector will hamper the growth rate of other sectors. This study uses the observation method to verify the quality and type of data obtained as a start to model the transportation network system in Banten Province. Knowing the description of land transportation nodes, obstacles and obstacles in Banten Province, which are expressed in numeric, description, or drawing. Form a database and operatives to be used in the process of modeling and analysis. Based on the results of the study after observing the image of the transportation node the overall performance of the transportation infrastructure network in Banten Province. For the sake of efforts to access the mode change nodes, it is still difficult for limited modes of change of nodes such as terminals, stations, containers, dryport and locations that are difficult to reach, causing un directed direction of the movement and unloading of goods. The impact of this is a lot of follow-up such as congestion, pollution, wild children and so forth. From the results, cross-provincial planning coordination is needed, across sectors in the development and development of transportation infrastructure in the form of Banten Province's macro transportation planning that can be improved and developed at the regional and local levels, which are vertically and horizontally integrated in order to synergize in transportation services to the community.
