Abstract
ZAKIYATUNUFUS (2221210030) " The Implementation of Flexible Learning in Equivalency Education and Its Impact on Package C Students at Al Kahfi Community Service Center." Supervisor Ila Rosmilawati, M.Sc., Ph.D., and Supervisor II Herlina Siregar, M.Pd. This study aims to comprehensively analyze (1) the implementation of flexible learning in the equivalency education program at Al-Kahfi Community Learning Center in Serang City. (2) Identify its impact on students. Flexible learning provides students with the flexibility to determine the time, place, and method of learning, making it suitable for those with limited access to formal education. (3) Also examine the advantages and disadvantages of flexible learning in the learning process. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that flexible learning is implemented through adaptive scheduling, the use of digital media, a blended learning model, and the provision of independent assignments. Positive impacts found include increased learning motivation, independence, and learning accessibility. However, obstacles remain, such as limited technological devices, low digital literacy, and irregular attendance. These findings confirm that flexible learning can be an effective solution if supported by adequate facilities, mentoring, and technology training. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif (1) penerapan pembelajaran fleksibel dalam program pendidikan kesetaraan di PKBM Al-Kahfi Kota Serang. (2) Mengidentifi kasi dampaknya bagi peserta didik. Pembelajaran fleksibel memberikan keleluasaan bagi peserta didik dalam menentukan waktu, tempat, dan metode belajar sehingga sesuai bagi mereka yang memiliki keterbatasan untuk mengikuti pendidikan formal. (3) Serta melihat kelebihan dan kekurangan pada pembelajaran fleksibel dalam proses pembelajaranya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran fleksibel diterapkan melalui penjadwalan yang adaptif, penggunaan media digital, model blended learning, dan pemberian tugas mandiri. Dampak positif yang ditemukan meliputi meningkatnya motivasi belajar, kemandirian, dan aksesibilitas pembelajaran. Namun masih terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan perangkat teknologi, rendahnya literasi digital, serta ketidakteraturan kehadiran. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran fleksibel dapat menjadi solusi efektif apabila didukung dengan fasilitas, pendampingan, dan pelatihan teknologi yang memadai.
