Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the use of the BYOND by BSI mobile banking application based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach among the people of Rangkasbitung. The variables used include Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Attitude Toward Using (ATT), Behavioral Intention to Use (BI), and Actual Behavior (Actual Use). The method used is quantitative with Structural Equation Modeling analysis techniques based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 with a bootstrapping technique of 5,000 resampling. The results showed that the model had a very strong explanatory power, with R² values for Actual Behavior of 0.875, Attitude Toward Using of 0.798, and Behavioral Intention of 0.581. Hypothesis testing shows that Perceived Usefulness has a significant effect on Behavioral Intention (β = 0.435; t = 7.258; p = 0.000) and Actual Behavior (β = 0.163; t = 4.650; p = 0.000). Perceived Ease of Use has a very strong effect on Attitude Toward Using (β = 0.910; t = 32.874; p = 0.000) and has a significant effect on Behavioral Intention (β = 0.521; t = 2.946; p = 0.003) and Actual Behavior (β = 0.492; t = 5.831; p = 0.000). Behavioral Intention proved to be the strongest predictor of Actual Behavior (β = 0.553; t = 11.809; p = 0.000). In addition, the mediation results showed that Behavioral Intention was able to mediate the effect of Perceived Usefulness on Actual Behavior (t = 6.249; p = 0.000). These findings indicate that perceived usefulness and usage intention are the main factors in driving the actual use of BYOND by BSI. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa persepsi manfaat dan niat penggunaan menjadi faktor utama dalam mendorong penggunaan nyata BYOND by BSI.
