Abstract
Pagadungan village is one of the largest rice producers in the Karang Tanjung sub-district. Pagadungan village is a village that has abundant land resource potential, especially in the agricultural sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the function of farmer groups, namely as a learning class, a means of cooperation, a productivity unit and productivity of rice farming in the Batu Raden Farmer Group in Pagadungan Village, Karang Tanjung Sub-district, Pandeglang Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. Data obtained from respondents in the Batu Raden farmer group were analyzed according to the statistical method used and then interpreted. The results of the study concluded that the function of the Batu Raden Farmer Group has a role in increasing the productivity of rice farmers, the results are shown based on the function as a learning class included in the "Medium" category or 55%, and the role as a means of cooperation included in the "Medium" category or 69%, and acting as a productivity unit included in the "Medium" category or 41%. | Additional Information: | Desa Pagadungan merupakan salah satu penghasil beras terbesar di Kecamatan Karang Tanjung. Desa Pagadungan adalah desa yang memiliki potensi sumber daya lahan yang melimpah, terutama di sektor pertanian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis fungsi kelompok tani, yaitu sebagai kelas pembelajaran, sarana kerja sama, unit produktivitas, dan produktivitas pertanian padi pada Kelompok Petani Batu Raden di Desa Pagadungan, Kecamatan Karang Tanjung, Kabupaten Pandeglang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh dari responden di kelompok tani Batu Raden dianalisis sesuai dengan metode statistik yang digunakan dan kemudian diinterpretasikan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa fungsi Kelompok Petani Batu Raden memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan produktivitas petani padi, hasil tersebut ditunjukkan berdasarkan fungsi sebagai kelas pembelajaran termasuk dalam kategori "Sedang" atau 55%, dan peran sebagai sarana kerja sama termasuk dalam kategori "Sedang" atau 69%, dan bertindak sebagai unit produktivitas termasuk dalam kategori "Sedang" atau 41%.
