Abstract
Rumah Tangga Dua Putri is a household business producing purple sweet potato sticks in Cikupa District, Tangerang Regency, based on financial and non-financial aspects. The research employed a survey method with a qualitative-quantitative approach and used investment feasibility analysis through Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Gross Benefit Cost Ratio (Gross B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP), along with sensitivity analysis. Results indicate that the business is feasible, with an NPV of Rp 42.895.476,-., Net B/C of 4.19, Gross B/C of 1.096, IRR of 75%, and a payback period of 2 years and 6 months. Non-financial aspects such as market, management, technical, and legal factors also support feasibility. Sensitivity analysis shows the business remains feasible under a 5% decrease in sales or a 5% increase in raw material costs independently, but becomes unfeasible if 10% decrease in slae or both occur simultaneously. | Additional Information: | Rumah Tangga Dua Putri adalah usaha rumah tangga penghasil stik ubi ungu di Kecamatan Cikupa, Kabupaten Tangerang, yang dianalisis berdasarkan aspek keuangan dan non-keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kualitatif-kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis kelayakan investasi melalui Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Gross Benefit Cost Ratio (Gross B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan Payback Period (PP), beserta analisis sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini layak, dengan NPV sebesar Rp 42.895.476,-, Net B/C sebesar 4,19, Gross B/C sebesar 1,096, IRR sebesar 75%, dan periode pengembalian modal selama 2 tahun 6 bulan. Aspek non-keuangan seperti pasar, manajemen, teknis, dan faktor hukum juga mendukung kelayakan usaha. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa bisnis tetap layak jika terjadi penurunan penjualan sebesar 5% atau peningkatan biaya bahan baku sebesar 5% secara terpisah, tetapi menjadi tidak layak jika terjadi penurunan penjualan sebesar 10% atau keduanya secara bersamaan.
