Abstract
CV Puji Hidroponik is a business that produces premium melons using a hydroponic system. In its production activities, this business faces a problem of fluctuating production results. This condition causes losses for the company, making it necessary to have strategies to minimize the impact of the risks that occur. This study aims to analyze risk events and risk agents of melon production risks, identify the priority risk causes, and formulate mitigation strategies for hydroponic melon production risks. The study was conducted in October – November 2025 at CV Puji Hidroponik, Tangerang Regency. The research method used is a case study. The method for determining respondents was purposive sampling, consisting of 3 respondents as key informants. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using fishbone diagrams, Pareto diagrams, and the House of Risk (HOR) method in phases 1 and 2. Based on the analysis results of HOR phase 1, 16 risk events and 23 risk agents were identified in the hydroponic melon production process. Then, based on the mapping results, 8 priority risk causes were identified, namely melons being attacked by pests and diseases, lack of monitoring and control of organisms, low seed quality, harvesting done too early or too late, lack of skills or workforce training, high rainfall, presence of algae in installation pipes, and technical errors in the manual pollination process. The results of HOR phase 2 produced 12 mitigation strategies in the hydroponic melon production process.

| Additional Information: | CV Puji Hidroponik merupakan usaha yang memproduksi melon premium dengan sistem hidroponik. Dalam kegiatan produksinya usaha ini menghadapi permasalahan yaitu fluktuasi hasil produksi. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan kerugian bagi perusahaan, sehingga perlu adanya strategi untuk meminimalkan dampak risiko yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kejadian risiko dan penyebab risiko produksi melon, menemukan penyebab risiko prioritas serta merumuskan strategi mitigasi risiko produksi melon hidroponik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Oktober – November 2025, di CV Puji Hidroponik Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Metode penentuan responden menggunakan purposive sampling yang terdiri dari 3 responden sebagai responden kunci. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan diagram tulang ikan, diagram pareto serta metode House of Risk (HOR) fase 1 dan fase 2. Berdasarkan hasil analisis HOR fase 1 terindentifikasi 16 kejadian risiko dan 23 penyebab risiko pada proses produksi melon hidroponik. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil pemetaan didapatkan 8 penyebab risiko prioritas yaitu tanaman melon terserang hama dan penyakit, kurangnya pengawasan dan pengendalian organisme, kualitas benih rendah, pemanenan dilakukan terlalu dini atau terlambat, kurangnya keterampilan atau pembinaan tenaga kerja, curah hujan tinggi, terdapat lumut pada pipa instalasi serta kesalahan teknis dalam proses penyerbukan manual. Hasil HOR 2 menghasilkan 12 strategi mitigasi dalam proses produksi melon hidroponik. | |||||||||
