Abstract
The motorcycle parking area of the Auditorium Building at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa has not yet been optimally organized due to the absence of structured parking markings and circulation lanes, resulting in irregular parking conditions, reduced land capacity effectiveness, and obstructed vehicle movement. This study aims to develop a mathematical model for parking layout design that produces an optimal combination of parking space capacity and circulation lane width, as well as to determine the most optimal parking layout compared to the existing condition. The research method involves the development of a mathematical model based on Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) to optimize parking capacity and circulation comfort, the results of which are then used as a reference for designing the parking layout using a simple layout planning method. The results indicate that most proposed layouts achieve higher objective function values than the existing layout, leading to improved land utilization efficiency and smoother vehicle circulation, although in one section of the parking area the existing layout remains the most suitable alternative. | Additional Information: | Area parkir motor Gedung Aula Fakultas Teknik Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa hingga saat ini belum ditata secara optimal karena ketiadaan marka parkir dan jalur sirkulasi yang terstruktur, sehingga menyebabkan parkir tidak teratur, menurunkan efektivitas kapasitas lahan, serta menghambat kelancaran pergerakan kendaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model matematika perancangan layout parkir yang menghasilkan kombinasi optimal antara jumlah petak parkir dan lebar jalur sirkulasi, serta menentukan layout parkir terbaik dibandingkan kondisi existing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengembangan model matematika berbasis Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) untuk mengoptimalkan kapasitas dan kenyamanan sirkulasi, yang hasilnya kemudian digunakan sebagai acuan dalam perancangan layout parkir menggunakan metode perancangan tata letak sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar layout usulan memiliki nilai fungsi tujuan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan layout existing, sehingga mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pemanfaatan lahan dan kelancaran sirkulasi kendaraan, meskipun pada salah satu bagian area parkir layout existing tetap menjadi alternatif terbaik.
