Abstract
Sleep quality describes a person's ability to maintain a sleep cycle without disturbances. Final year students often experience severe stress, unhealthy eating patterns, and lack of physical activity, which have an impact on poor sleep quality. This study aims to determine the relationship between eating patterns, stress levels, and physical activity on sleep quality in final year students. This study employs a cross-sectional design with a sample of 108 final-year students from Untirta selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. The study was conducted from April to May 2025 on the Untirta campus. Data were collected using the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 (DASS 42), Physical Activity Level (PAL), and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Bivariate data analysis using Spearman's rho test and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression. The results of the study show that the majority of respondents have poor sleep quality (78.7%), eating patterns that are often consumed based on food groups, namely rice (83.3%), chicken meat (56.5%), tempeh (41.7%), carrots (41.7%), bananas (35.2%), fried bananas (49.1%), coffee (30.6%), very high stress levels (61.1%), and high levels of physical activity (46.3%). The Spearman's rho test results showed a relationship between noodles (p=0.029), chicken eggs (p=0.041), cow's milk (p=0.019), coffee (p=0.010), stress levels (p=0.000), and physical activity (p=0.006) with sleep quality. but there was no relationship between rice, white bread, chicken, tempeh, tofu, carrots, kale, mustard greens, bananas, oranges, papaya, fried bananas, cireng, risol, sweet tea, and packaged sweet drinks and sleep quality (p>0.05). The most dominant factor affecting sleep quality was stress level (p-value 0.000; OR=4.165; 95%CI: 2.098-8.268).

| Additional Information: | Kualitas tidur menggambarkan kemampuan seseorang mempertahankan siklus tidur tanpa gangguan. Mahasiswa tingkat akhir sering mengalami stres berat, pola makan yang tidak sehat dan kurangnya aktivitas fisik yang berdampak pada kualitas tidur yang buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola makan, tingkat stres, dan aktivitas fisik terhadap kualitas tidur pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 108 mahasiswa tingkat akhir Untirta yang dipilih melalui proportionate stratified random sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April – Mei 2025 di wilayah kampus Untirta. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 (DASS 42), Physical Activity Level (PAL), dan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Analisis data bivariat menggunakan uji Spearman rho dan uji multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk (78,7%), pola makan yang sering dikonsumsi berdasarkan kelompok makanan yaitu nasi (83,3%), daging ayam (56,5%), tempe (41,7%), wortel (41,7%), pisang (35,2%), pisang goreng (49,1%), kopi (30,6%), tingkat stres sangat berat (61,1%), dan aktivitas fisik tingkat berat (46,3%). Hasil uji Spearman rho menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara mie (p=0,029), telur ayam (p=0,041), susu sapi (p=0,019), kopi (p=0,010), tingkat stres (p=0,000) dan aktivitas fisik (p=0,006) dengan kualitas tidur, namun tidak terdapat hubungan antara nasi, roti putih, daging ayam, tempe, tahu, wortel, kangkung, sawi, pisang, jeruk, pepaya, pisang goreng, cireng, risol, teh manis, dan minuman manis kemasan dengan kualitas tidur (p>0,05). Faktor yang paling dominan memengaruhi kualitas tidur adalah tingkat stres (p-value 0,000; OR=4,165; 95%CI: 2,098-8,268). | |||||||||
