Abstract
Several schools in Lebak district still have students' learning outcomes that have accumulated low levels of cognitive level, this is evidenced by the presence of students whose grades are below the average or maximum required score (KKM). Students experience difficulty in understanding abstract material such as the earth and solar system in the learning process. One of the contributing factors is the lack of teaching materials that support when learning takes place. The aim of this research is to analyze the level of validity of flip builder-based e-book teaching materials on earth and solar system material, and to analyze student responses to the development of flip builder-based e-book teaching materials on earth and solar system material for junior high school students. This research uses a type of development research, namely using the Research & Development method. The research that will be carried out is development research using the borg and gall model. The instruments used are interview instruments, validation questionnaire instruments and student response questionnaire instruments. The subjects in this research consisted of media experts, teaching materials or material experts, and practitioner experts. Meanwhile, the sample used was 54 students. The validity level of flip builder-based e-book teaching materials reached a percentage value of 91.4% in the "Very Valid" category, while the results of student responses showed results with a percentage value of 88.75% in the "Very Good" category. | Additional Information: | Beberapa sekolah di kabupaten lebak, masih memiliki hasil belajar peserta didik yang terakumulasi rendah dalam tingkat level kognitifnya,ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peserta didik yang nilai nya dibawah rata-rata atau nilai ketentuan maksimum (KKM). Peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi yang abstrak seperti pada materi bumi dan tata surya ini dala proses pembelajaran. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya yaitu kurangnya bahan ajar yang mendukung ketika pembelajaran berlangsung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalan untuk menganalisis tingkat validitas bahan ajar e-book berbasis flip builder pada materi bumi dan tata surya, dan untuk menganalisis respon siswa terhadap pengembangan bahan ajar e-book berbasis flip builder pada materi bumi dan tata surya pada siswa SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Research & Defelopment. Penelitian yang akan dilakukan merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model borg and gall. Adapun instrument yang digunakan yaitu instrument wawancara, instrument angket validasi dan instrument angket respon siswa. Subjek didalam penelitian ini terdiri dari ahli media, ahli bahan ajar atau materi, dan ahli praktisi. Sedangkan jumlah populasi nya yaitu 78 dengan 44 sample yang digunakan yaitu siswa. Tingkat validitas dari bahan ajar e-book berbasis flip builder mencapai nilai presentase 91,4 % dalam kategori ‘’Sangat Valid’’, sedangkan hasil dari respon siswa menunjukan hasil dengan nilai presentase 88,75 % dalam kategori ‘’Sangat Baik’’.
