Abstract
This study aims to identify and describe the types of linguistic errors in morphology found on the Radar Banten online news page. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out using the uninvolved conversation observation technique and the note-taking technique. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman data analysis technique, which is divided into three stages, namely data collection, data reduction, and data display. From the results of data analysis, the researcher found 38 data points which were then classified into four categories, namely (1) omission of affixes found in 22 data points, (2) sounds that should have been softened but were not found in 10 data points, (3) shortening of the morphemes mem-, men-, meng-, meny-, and menge- found in 5 data points, and (4) incorrect use of affixes found in 1 data point. The results of this study were then used to create Indonesian language teaching modules for junior high schools.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui dan mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk kesalahan berbahasa dalam tataran morfologi yang terdapat pada laman berita daring Radar Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simak bebas libat cakap dan teknik catat. Selanjutnya, analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data model Miles and Huberman yang terbagi ke dalam 3 alur, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penyajian data (display). Dari hasil analisis data, peneliti menemukan 38 jumlah data yang selanjutnya diklasifikasikan ke dalam empat kategori, yaitu (1) penghilangan afiks ditemukan sejumlah 22 data, (2) bunyi yang seharusnya luluh tidak diluluhkan ditemukan sejumlah 10 data, (3) penyingkatan morfem mem-, men-, meng-, meny-, dan menge- ditemukan sejumlah 5 data, dan (4) pemakaian afiks yang tidak tepat ditemukan sejumlah 1 data. Hasil dari penelitian ini kemudian dimanfaatkan untuk pembuatan modul ajar bahasa Indonesia di SMP. | |||||||||
