Abstract
This research aims to analyze how power relations affect the occurrence of sexual exploitation of female workers. Cases regarding the exploitation of female workers are an issue that is often heard of and often occurs because there are still many who ignore the case of sexual exploitation, especially in the working world. This needs to be seen from the perspective of victims who experience sexual exploitation by employers. With the existence of legal rules regarding the TPKS Law and the Employment Law, but not necessarily able to protect the victims. This research method uses a qualitative method with a case study approach based on Creswell's study by focusing on one big problem by using the power relation theory from Michel Foucault, this research involves direct interviews with workers, advocacy institutions, and the government. The results of this study show that the existence of power inequality, the rise of patriarchal culture, and the weakness of legal supervision that causes women workers to be in a vulnerable position to verbal, physical, and symbolic harassment. This research confirms that sexual exploitation in the working world is a consequence of an unbalanced power structure and the need to strengthen protection for female workers. The main factors that strengthen the occurrence of the case are the fear of losing a job, stigma against the victim, and a lack of trust in the reporting mechanism that exists in the company.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana relasi kuasa mempengaruhi terjadinya eksploitasi seksual terhadap buruh perempuan. Kasus yang mengenai eksploitasi buruh perempuan menjadi isu yang tidak jarang terdengar dan sering terjadi karena masih banyak yang mengabaikan perihal kasus eksploitasi seksual khususnya di dunia kerja tersebut. Hal ini demikian perlu dilihat dari sudut pandang korban yang mengalami eksploitasi seksual oleh atasan kerja. Dengan sudah adanya aturan hukum mengenai Undang-Undang TPKS dan Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan, namun tidak serta merta mampu melindungi korban. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus berdasarkan kajian Creswell dengan memfokuskan pada satu masalah besar dengan menggunakan teori relasi kuasa dari Michel Foucault, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara langsung dengan buruh, lembaga advokasi, dan pihak pemerintah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya ketimpangan kekuasaan, maraknya budaya patriarki, serta lemahnya pengawasan hukum yang menyebabkan buruh perempuan berada dalam posisi rentan terhadap pelecehan verbal, fisik, dan simbolik. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa eksploitasi seksual di dunia kerja merupakan konsekuensi dari struktur kekuasaan yang tidak seimbang dan perlunya penguatan perlindungan bagi pekerja perempuan. Faktor utama yang memperkuat terjadinya kasus tersebut adalah rasa takut kehilangan pekerjaan, stigma terhadap korban, dan minimnya kepercayaan terhadap mekanisme pelaporan yang ada di perusahaan. | ||||||
