Abstract
Maintenance activities in industrial facilities can pose various hazards that may threaten worker safety if not properly managed. PT XYZ, as a power generation unit, operates Fire Fighting and Pump House areas that are categorized as critical due to the presence of high-pressure equipment, fire protection systems, and dynamic environmental conditions. This study aims to identify potential hazards, assess risk levels, and propose OSH control measures for maintenance activities in these areas. Hazard identification was conducted using the HIRARC method, with Likelihood and Severity assessments obtained through worker questionnaires based on the AS/NZS 4360:2004 standard. Priority risks were determined using a Pareto Diagram and further analyzed using a Fishbone Diagram. The results show that in the Fire Fighting area, high-risk hazards include hand injuries from damaged hoses, injuries caused by heavy components, slipping hazards, high-pressure water exposure, and pipe leakage. In the Pump House area, hazards include tripping during pipe inspections, injuries from sudden water pressure, electric shock from exposed cables, skin irritation, muscle strain due to awkward postures, potential pipe bursts, and hearing disturbances caused by machinery noise. Most hazards fall into the high-risk category, indicating the need for improved housekeeping, strengthened safe work procedures, and appropriate use of personal protective equipment.

| Additional Information: | Aktivitas pemeliharaan pada fasilitas industri berpotensi menimbulkan bahaya yang dapat mengganggu keselamatan pekerja apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik. PT XYZ sebagai unit pembangkit listrik memiliki area Fire Fighting dan Pump House yang tergolong kritis karena melibatkan peralatan bertekanan tinggi, sistem pemadam kebakaran, serta kondisi lingkungan yang dinamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya, menilai tingkat risiko, dan memberikan usulan pengendalian K3 pada aktivitas pemeliharaan di kedua area tersebut. Identifikasi bahaya dilakukan menggunakan metode HIRARC dengan penilaian Likelihood dan Severity melalui kuesioner pekerja berdasarkan standar AS/NZS 4360:2004. Risiko prioritas ditentukan menggunakan Diagram Pareto dan dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan diagram Fishbone. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada area Fire Fighting, risiko tinggi meliputi luka tangan akibat selang sobek, cedera karena komponen berat, risiko terpeleset, paparan tekanan air, dan kebocoran pipa. Pada area Pump House, risiko yang muncul antara lain tersandung saat pemeriksaan pipa, cedera akibat tekanan air mendadak, kesetrum akibat kabel terbuka, iritasi kulit, nyeri otot karena posisi kerja, potensi pipa pecah, serta gangguan pendengaran akibat kebisingan. Untuk keseluruhan risiko berada pada kategori tinggi sehingga diperlukan perbaikan housekeeping, penguatan prosedur kerja aman, dan penggunaan APD yang sesuai. | |||||||||
