Abstract
Online learning has become an essential part of higher education since the COVID-19 pandemic and remains in use today, so its effectiveness needs to be continuously studied. This study aims to analyze the influence of human factors, including technology, psychology, interaction, learning design, student characteristics, and system quality, on the effectiveness of online learning for Industrial Engineering students at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. This study used the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with data obtained through questionnaires distributed to students in the 2021 intake. The results of the study showed that technological factors (path coefficient = 0.168 and p-value = 0.006), psychological factors (path coefficient = 0.241 and p-value = 0.000), interaction factors (path coefficient = 0.135 and p-value = 0.011), learning design (path coefficient = 0.188 and p-value = 0.001), student characteristics (path coefficient = 0.131 and p-value = 0.025), and system quality (path coefficient = 0.247 and p-value = 0.000) had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of online learning. These results indicate that the effectiveness of online learning is not only determined by the system used, but is also influenced by technological readiness, psychological conditions, interaction quality, learning design, and student characteristics.

| Additional Information: | Pembelajaran daring telah menjadi bagian penting dalam pendidikan tinggi sejak pandemi COVID-19 dan masih digunakan hingga saat ini, sehingga efektivitas pelaksanaannya perlu terus dikaji. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor human factors mencakup faktor teknologi, faktor psikologis, faktor interaksi, desain pembelajaran, karakteristik mahasiswa, dan kualitas sistem terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran daring pada mahasiswa Teknik Industri Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa angkatan 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor teknologi (path coefficient = 0,168 dan p-value = 0,006), faktor psikologis (path coefficient = 0,241 dan p-value = 0,000), faktor interaksi (path coefficient = 0,135 dan p-value = 0,011), desain pembelajaran (path coefficient = 0,188 dan p-value = 0,001), karakteristik mahasiswa (path coefficient = 0,131 dan p-value = 0,025), dan kualitas sistem (path coefficient = 0,247 dan p-value = 0,000) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran daring.
