Abstract
The growing working-age population in Indonesia necessitates productivity-enhancing strategies that address health, nutrition, and physical activity. The high prevalence of central obesity in Banten and low productivity indicate the need for interventions such as wellness programs that can improve the health, nutritional status, and work productivity of workers. This study aims to determine the effect of wellness programs on nutritional adequacy, physical activity, nutritional status, and worker productivity at the Rectorate of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. This study used a quasi-experimental one-group pre-post design form September to December 2025, evaluated a wellness program among 46 staff members at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University’s Rectorate. Data collection methods included direct measurements (weight, height, waist circumference, and blood pressure) and the use of food recall questionnaires for dietary intake; IPAQ-SF for physical activity; and IWPQ for work productivity through online surveys. Descriptive statistics characterized the sample, while paired t-tests and Wilcoxon signed-rank tests assessed program effects. Results indicated significant improvements in dietary energy, carbohydrate, fiber adequacy (p < 0.05) and work productivity (p < 0.05), but no measurable changes in protein and fat adequacy; overall physical activity; or nutritional status (p > 0.05). Continuous promotion of healthy eating and utilization of available physical-activity resources is recommended to sustain and extend these gains

| Additional Information: | Peningkatan jumlah penduduk usia kerja di Indonesia menuntut upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, terutama karena kesehatan, status gizi, dan aktivitas fisik berperan penting dalam mendukung kinerja pekerja. Tingginya prevalensi obesitas sentral di Banten serta rendahnya produktivitas menunjukkan perlunya intervensi seperti wellness program yang telah dapat memperbaiki kesehatan, status gizi, dan produtkvivitas kerja pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh wellness program terhadap tingkat kecukupan gizi, aktivitas fisik, status gizi, dan produktivitas pekerja di Rektorat Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasy experimental one group pre and post test design. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan September sampai Desember 2025, bertempat di Gedung Rektorat Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Sampel berjumlah 46 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan pengukuran langusng (berat badan, tinggi badan, lingkar perut, dan tekanan darah) dan penggunaan kuesioner food recall untuk asupan makan; IPAQ-SF untuk aktivitas fisik; serta IWPQ untuk produktivitas kerja melalui daring. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik, tingkat kecukupan gizi, aktivitas fisik, status gizi, dan produktivitas pekerja. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji T Berpasangan dan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank untuk mengetahui pengaruh wellness program. Hasil uji menunjukkan ada pengaruh wellness program terhadap tingkat kecukupan energi, karbohidrat, serat (p < 0,05), serta produktivitas kerja (p < 0,05). Namun, tidak ada pengaruh wellness program terhadap tingkat kecukupan protein, lemak, aktivitas fisik, dan status gizi (p > 0,05). Disarankan agar pekerja menerapkan perilaku makan sehat secara konsisten dan memanfaatkan fasilitas aktivitas fisik yang tersedia di lingkungan kerja maupun ruang terbuka umum. | |||||||||
