Abstract
Situ Cipondoh is an urban water body facing increasing environmental pressure due to limited community participation in its management. This study aims to develop a community empowerment model based on the New Environmental Paradigm (NEP) as a strategy for sustainable environmental management. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied using a survey of 50 respondents, analyzed with SPSS 25. The results indicate that Anti-Anthropocemtrism and science-technology capacity significantly influence community participation, while demographic factors show no direct effect. Based on these findings, a Tri-Dimensional NEP-Based Community Empowerment Model was formulated, consisting of value transformation, collaborative participation, and science-technology acceleration. The model highlights the importance of synergy among government, private sector, community, and media to strengthen sustainable environmental governance of Situ Cipondoh.

| Additional Information: | Situ Cipondoh merupakan kawasan perairan perkotaan yang mengalami tekanan lingkungan akibat rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis The New Environmental Paradigm (NEP) sebagai strategi pengelolaan lingkungan berkelanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif melalui survei terhadap 50 responden dengan instrumen NEP yang dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimenti Anti-Antroposentrisme dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah berbasis IPTEK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat, sementara faktor demografis tidak berpengaruh langsung. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dikembangkan Model Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Tri-Dimensi NEP yang mencakup transformasi nilai ekologis, partisipasi kolaboratif, dan akselerasi IPTEK. Model ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi pemerintah, dunia usaha, masyarakat, dan media dalam pengelolaan lingkungan Situ Cipondoh secara berkelanjutan. | |||||||||
