Abstract
The LKP aims to determine what training strategies are used by LKP Ghea. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and document collection. Informants in this study were LKP Ghea instructors. Qualitative data analysis techniques were carried out through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, so that valid and reliable data were obtained. The strategy used in LKP Ghea is a competency-oriented curriculum-based training strategy, where each participant must be able to understand and master each stage, both theory and practice, with a ratio of 30:70. It is expected that after participating in the training, participants will have skills or competencies and an independent spirit. The results of the study indicate that LKP Ghea uses training strategies as a reference for participant competency so that they are able to understand and master all the theories and practices that have been taught by the instructor. | Additional Information: | LKP bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pelatihan apa saja yang digunakan oleh LKP Ghea. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah para instruktur LKP Ghea. Teknik analisis data kualitatif dilakukan melalui proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sehingga diperoleh data yang valid dan dapat dipercaya. Strategi yang digunakan di LKP Ghea adalah strategi pelatihan berbasis kurikulum yang berorientasi pada kompetensi, di mana setiap peserta harus mampu memahami dan menguasai setiap tahapan, baik teori maupun praktik, dengan perbandingan 30:70. Diharapkan setelah mengikuti pelatihan, para peserta memiliki keahlian atau kompetensi serta jiwa yang mandiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKP Ghea menggunakan strategi pelatihan sebagai acuan kompetensi peserta agar mereka mampu memahami dan menguasai seluruh teori dan praktik yang telah diajarkan oleh instruktur.
