Abstract
The development of the industrial world and the increasing dynamism of students' academic activities have led to the need to gain practical experience in the workplace as part of professional competence development. In the implementation of the apprenticeship program at PT Krakatau Sarana Properti, there are mutual benefits for both the company and the apprentices. However, further research is needed regarding the fulfillment of students' wage rights in apprenticeship practices based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. Based on the background of the problem, it can be identified as follows: How is the legal certainty regarding the wage rights of students in internship practices based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower; How is the implementation of wage rights for students as internship participants in the implementation of internship practices at PT Krakatau Sarana Properti? The theory used in this research is the theory of legal certainty. The method used in this research is empirical normative juridical, employing a legislative approach, a case approach, and a conceptual approach. The data obtained uses secondary data and primary data as supporting information. The results of this study indicate that students as interns do not have the right to wages because the relationship between the intern and the Company is not an employment relationship as defined in labor regulations, but interns do have the right to receive a stipend. Therefore, the government should formulate specific regulations governing the financial rights of students as interns, adjusting them to current industry developments and the dynamics of student activities. Thus, the rights of students as interns are ensured regarding compensation during the implementation of the apprenticeship program.

| Additional Information: | Perkembangan dunia industri serta meningkatnya dinamika kegiatan akademik mahasiswa mendorong munculnya kebutuhan untuk memperoleh pengalaman praktis di dunia kerja sebagai bagian dari pengembangan kompetensi profesional. Pelaksanaan program pemagangan di PT Krakatau Sarana Properti memberikan manfaat timbal balik antara perusahaan dan peserta magang, namun masih perlu adanya kajian lebih lanjut mengenai pemenuhan hak upah mahasiswa dalam praktik magang berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah tersebut dapat diidentifikasi sebagai berikut: Bagaimana kepastian hukum atas hak upah mahasiswa dalam praktik magang berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan; Bagaimana implementasi hak upah bagi mahasiswa sebagai peserta magang pada pelaksanaan praktik magang di PT Krakatau Sarana Properti. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori kepastian hukum. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif empiris, melalui pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus, dan pendekatan konseptual. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan data sekunder dan data primer sebagai pendukung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa sebagai peserta magang tidak memiliki hak upah dikarenakan hubungan yang timbul antara peserta pemagangan dengan Perusahaan bukanlah hubungan kerja sebagaimana yang dimaksud dalam aturan ketenagakerjaan, tetapi peserta magang memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan uang saku. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah seharusnya menyusun regulasi khusus yang mengatur hak keuangan mahasiswa sebagai peserta magang dengan menyesuaikan perkembangan industri dan dinamika kegiatan mahasiswa saat ini. Dengan demikian hak-hak mahasiswa sebagai peserta magang mendapatkan kepastian atas kompensasi dalam pelaksanaan program pemagangan. | |||||||||
