Abstract
Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) play an important role in Indonesia, especially as a spice and as a traditional medicine. Every year, shallot production increases and decreases. The limitation in shallot cultivation is low yields due to low soil fertility. Efforts to meet nutrient needs include providing various types of organic and inorganic fertilizers to obtain excellent harvests. This study aims to determine the effect of various types of fertilizers and mycorrhiza on the growth and yield of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.). This study is an experimental study conducted in Gedung Baya Village, Kalitimbang Village, Cibeber District, and Cilegon City, at an altitude of 553 m above sea level, from April 2024 to June 2024. This study was analyzed using DSAASTAT and further tested with DMRT at a level of 5%. The results showed that the treatment of providing various types of fertilizers had no significant effect on all observation parameters. Meanwhile, the provision of 10 g/plot of mycorrhiza showed significant effects on plant height at 3 MST and number of leaves at 6 MST. There was no interaction in each result of the tested observation parameters. The provision of various types of fertilizers did not significantly affect the growth and yield of shallots. The provision of mycorrhiza (10 g/plant) gave good results on plant height (3 MST) and number of leaves (6 MST). The provision of a combination of fertilizer types and mycorrhiza did not interact with the growth and yield of shallots.

| Additional Information: | Bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) memainkan peran penting di Indonesia, terutama sebagai bumbu dapur dan obat tradisional. Setiap tahun, produksi bawang merah mengalami fluktuasi naik turun. Batasan dalam budidaya bawang merah adalah hasil panen yang rendah akibat kesuburan tanah yang rendah. Upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi meliputi pemberian berbagai jenis pupuk organik dan anorganik guna memperoleh hasil panen yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh berbagai jenis pupuk dan mikoriza terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil panen bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental yang dilakukan di Desa Gedung Baya, Desa Kalitimbang, Kecamatan Cibeber, dan Kota Cilegon, pada ketinggian 553 m di atas permukaan laut, dari April 2024 hingga Juni 2024. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan DSAASTAT dan diuji lebih lanjut dengan DMRT pada tingkat 5%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pemberian berbagai jenis pupuk tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semua parameter pengamatan. Sementara itu, pemberian 10 g/petak mikoriza menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tinggi tanaman pada 3 MST dan jumlah daun pada 6 MST. Tidak ada interaksi pada setiap hasil parameter pengamatan yang diuji. Pemberian berbagai jenis pupuk tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah. Pemberian mikoriza (10 g/tanaman) memberikan hasil baik pada tinggi tanaman (3 MST) dan jumlah daun (6 MST). Pemberian kombinasi jenis pupuk dan mikoriza tidak berinteraksi dengan pertumbuhan dan hasil. | |||||||||
