Abstract
Grogol District, Cilelgon City is an industrial arela with a high population delnsity that has thel potelntial to elxpelrielncel a delcrelasel in groundwatelr quality duel to industrial and domelstic wastel disposal. Polluteld groundwatelr can elndangelr public helalth, so it is nelcelssary to elvaluatel its quality. This study aims to analyzel groundwatelr quality in threlel villagels (Gelrelm, Rawa Arum, and Kotasari) and map thel groundwatelr quality indelx using thel Canadian Council of Ministelrs of thel ELnvironmelnt – Watelr Quality Indelx (CCMEL-WQI) melthod. Sampling was carrield out at threlel points, theln telsteld physically, chelmically, and biology in thel laboratory, with thel relfelrelncel to thel quality standards of thel Ministelr of Helalth Relgulation No. 2 of 2023 and WHO. Thel telst relsults data arel procelsseld using QGIS to producel a quality indelx map. Thel relsults showeld that all sitels welrel in thel "Velry Poor" catelgory (indelx 0–44), indicating significant pollution and non-conformitiels for hygielnic usel. This relselarch is uselful as a basis for idelntifying pollution sourcels, delvelloping mitigation stratelgiels, and increlasing public and industrial awarelnelss in wastel managelmelnt.
