Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of industrial work practice on the learning outcomes of twelfth-grade students at SMKN 2 Kota Serang and to identify the extent to which industrial work practice affects the learning outcomes of twelfth-grade students at SMKN 2 Kota Serang. The type of research conducted is ex-post facto research. The subjects of this study were twelfth-grade students at SMKN 2 Kota Serang. Data were collected using instruments in the form of questionnaires and student knowledge test questions. The data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, normality test, and simple linear regression analysis. The research results state that based on the hypothesis test above, a significance value of 0.003 < 0.005 was obtained, which means there is an effect of the industrial work practice variable (X) on the learning outcomes variable (Y). | Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik kerja industri terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XII di SMKN 2 Kota Serang dan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana praktik kerja industri berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XII di SMKN 2 Kota Serang. Adapun jenis penelitian adalah penelitian ex-post facto. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII di SMKN 2 Kota Serang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrument berupa angket dan soal tes pengetahuan siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian meenyatakan bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diatas dihasilkan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.003 < 0.005 yang artinya ada pengaruh antara variabel praktik kerja industri (X) terhadap variabel hasil belajar (Y). | |||||||||
