Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on Managerial Performance, as well as to examine the role of the Performance Measurement System as an intervening variable at PT BPR Serang (Perseroda). This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal relationship design. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents, consisting of managers, branch heads, deputy branch heads, supervisors, and staff of PT BPR Serang (Perseroda). Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the SmartPLS version 4 software. The results show that: (1) Total Quality Management has a positive and significant effect on Managerial Performance, (2) Total Quality Management has a positive and significant effect on the Performance Measurement System, (3) the Performance Measurement System has a positive and significant effect on Managerial Performance, and (4) the Performance Measurement System acts as a partial mediating variable in the relationship between TQM and Managerial Performance. These findings indicate that implementing TQM supported by a structured and accurate performance measurement system can strengthen managerial effectiveness at PT BPR Serang (Perseroda). Managerial performance improvement is not only determined by quality management practices but also by the ability to measure, evaluate, and continuously improve organizational performance outcomes

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Total Quality Management terhadap Kinerja Manajerial, serta menguji peran Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT BPR Serang (Perseroda). Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 responden yang terdiri dari manajer, kepala cabang, wakil kepala cabang, supervisor, dan staf di perusahaan PT BPR Serang (Perseroda). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Total Quality Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial, (2) Total Quality Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja, (3) Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial, serta (4) Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja berperan sebagai variabel mediasi parsial (partial mediation) dalam hubungan antara TQM dan Kinerja Manajerial. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan TQM yang disertai dengan sistem pengukuran kinerja yang terstruktur dan akurat dapat memperkuat efektivitas manajerial di PT BPR Serang (Perseroda). Peningkatan kinerja manajerial tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kualitas kebijakan mutu, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan manajemen dalam mengukur, mengevaluasi, dan menindaklanjuti hasil kinerja secara berkelanjutan. | |||||||||
