Abstract

The world of children is characterized by the importance of play and education in supporting holistic development, including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Researchers use the Milles and Huberman model. The data obtained in this study are in the form of interviews, observations and documentation from sources such as sports teachers, principals and fifth grade students. This study aims to determine teacher planning in developing communication and collaboration skills through gobak sodor, to determine the stages of execution in developing communication and collaboration skills through gobak sodor, and to determine teacher strategies in developing communication and collaboration skills through gobak sodor to students of Rawu State Elementary School. The results obtained are based on three main pillars: careful planning, student-centered implementation, and innovative strategic facilities, where all three pillars have the aim of improving communication and collaboration skills. This third pillar is fully aligned with the theoretical framework of 21st Century Education and 4C Skills.

Additional Information: Dunia anak ditandai oleh pentingnya permainan dan pendidikan dalam mendukung perkembangan secara holistik, termasuk keterampilan kognitif, sosial, emosional, dan fisik. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Peneliti menggunakan model Milles and Huberman. Adapun data yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi pada narasumber seperti guru olahraga, kepala sekolah dan siswa kelas V. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan guru dalam mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi melalui gobak sodor, untuk mengetahui tahapan pelaksanaan dalam mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi melalui gobak sodor, dan untuk mengetahui strategi guru dalam mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi melalui gobak sodor kepada siswa SD Negeri Rawu. Hasil yang di dapatkan ini yaitu didasari pada tiga pilar utama: perencanaan yang matang, pelaksanaan yang berpusat pada siswa, dan strategi fasilitasi yang inovatif, yang dimana ke tiga pilar tersebut memiliki tujuan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi. Ketiga pilar ini sepenuhnya selaras dengan kerangka teoritis Pendidikan Abad ke-21 dan Keterampilan 4C.
