Abstract
This research raises data, facts and reality. The issues raised focused on consistencies self efficacy educators and the learning achievements of class XI IPS students. The aim is to determine the relationship between educator self-efficacy and the learning achievement of class XI students at SMAN 24 Kab. Tangerang. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, with correlation data analysis techniques to determine the relationship between variable x and variable y. Data collection uses questionnaires, data from students' end-of-semester assessment results and documentation. The population in this study was 50 teachers who determined the sample using a saturated sampling technique. The entire population was sampled by 50 teachers. The results of the research can be concluded that the analysis prerequisite tests using the normality test and linearity test show that variable x and variable y are normally distributed and have a linear pattern. The results of hypothesis testing use analysis product moment correlation with the correlation value, the Sig value is obtained. 0.000 < 0.05 with a significance level (5%) for the Pearson Correlation (r) value of 0.517, meaning that there is a relationship between educator self-efficacy and the learning achievement of class XI IPS students at SMAN 24 Kab. Tangerang with a medium level of relationship and positive value. Self Efficacy, Educator, Student Learning Achievement.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini mengangkat data, fakta dan realita. Masalah yang di angkat terfokus pada konsistensi self efficacy pendidik serta prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self efficacy pendidik dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI di SMAN 24 kab. Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, dengan teknik analisis data korelasi untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel x dan variabel y. pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner, data hasil penilaian akhir semester siswa dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 50 guru menentukan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel senilai 50 guru. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji prasyarat analisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas menunjukkan bahwa variabel x dan variabel y berdistribusi normal dan memiliki pola linear. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment dengan nilai korelasi diperoleh nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dengan taraf signifikansi (5%) untuk nilai Pearson Correlation (r) sebesar 0,517 artinya terdapat adanya hubungan antara self efficacy pendidik dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMAN 24 kab.
